03 Account Registration

If joya login detects duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings generated across those accounts may be voided.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your joya login account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general rules apply to all joya login bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

07 Game Rules and Betting

By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

Bets placed on joya login are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, joya login will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
